powerlyx.top reserves the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, layout, design, and the selection and arrangement thereof, are and will remain the exclusive property of powerlyx.top and its licensors. The powerlyx.top name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of powerlyx.top or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of powerlyx.top.
All Tools and the underlying code are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Tools for their intended personal or internal business purposes. This license does not constitute a transfer of title. You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant powerlyx.top a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Limitation of Liability

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with powerlyx.top is to stop using the Service.

POWERLYX.TOP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
powerlyx.top makes no warranty that (i) the Service will meet your requirements or expectations, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, and (iv) the quality of any Tools, information, or other material obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless powerlyx.top and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) User Content posted on or through the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any Tool at any time, with or without notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
powerlyx.top reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
